Hello, my name is Rigoberto Julian Briones. I am part of Melbourne wedding celebrant and also a civil celebrant Australia.
What made me choose to be a civil celebrant? I have done a variety of jobs in my life, I noticed how good it felt to work with people and for the people; I enjoyed so much that it doesn’t feel like working, so, I became an authorized marriage celebrant .I am member of the Association of Civil Marriage Celebrants of Victoria.
I was born in Chile and here I am, on the other side of the world, from Santiago to a Melbourne wedding celebrants member.
I married Marta 31 years ago. We had a civil marriage celebrant for our wedding and the ceremony was conducted at Marta’s parents. It was a private wedding with family and a few close friends. After all these years I still feel like I am dating her. Our wedding ceremony was so perfectly simple, just beautiful.
My wife and I play guitar and sing in a Folk Latin Band. Marta is a painter and our son Julian is a graduate from Melbourne University in fine arts - sculpting. I used to say all the time: " I can’t wait for him to get married and be his civil wedding celebrant."........Hurray!!! It happened already. Julian and Melanie got married last February. They had a very exclusive celebrant....Me.
